I have worked with patients coping with varying degrees of emotional issues for the past 8 years. I work from an eclectic framework to help you get “unstuck” or to help you gain better control of your own emotions.

I work with  individuals, couples and groups to provide counseling or coaching to help them cope with life’s stressors more effectively.  I focus on adults, adolescents and children who are dealing with abuse issues, addictions, anger management problems, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, mood disorders, personality disorders, as well as with victims of trauma and those suffering from PTSD.
