Life is full of challenges and there are times when what you usually do to cope no longer works. Sometimes the challenges become overwhelming or you have run out of ideas on how to manage. I want to help you create new ways to cope. We will identify what is and is not working for you, and find new possibilities and approaches by identifying the your internal barriers and viewing your challenges from a new perspective.

I specialize in Anger Management going beyond the behavioral approach that is found in most programs. I help you identify the deeper triggers to your anger and help you find productive ways to express your feelings.

I also specialize in helping you cope with grief and loss. This is more than losing someone in death. You may experience these feelings in many situations such as divorce, end of a friendship, change of jobs, loss of job security, loss of your health as you once knew it and more.

I have extensive experience working with people coping with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Trauma can be experience in minor and major ways which impact your life, how you interact with others, and how you feel about yourself. I want to help.
