I am Beth Cassel, Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) and I can help:

The major focus of my work is to lead clients towards self acceptance, helping them connect more deeply with themselves and others, and assisting them to move towards positive self expression, self empowerment and accomplishment of their goals. I have been practicing somatic psychotherapy since 1987 working with individuals and couples. I integrate Psychodynamic, Control Mastery, and Somatic Experiencing theories. I have a background in authentic movement and bodywork (CMT). I specialize in treating childhood abuse and neglect, domestic violence, relationship issues, anxiety, obsessive and compulsive disorders, and addictions. I have also worked three years as the Clinical Director at Woman, Inc., an agency specializing in domestic violence, where I supervised and trained MFT interns, staff and volunteers.
