Therapy is collaborative process where clients are guided back to reconnecting with their own inner knowing. My job is to help people feel empowered as they discover many of the answers to their life's challenges lie within them. I am honored to help clients achieve their goals in therapy by helping them learn to be present in the moment with the practice of mindfulness, and with the use of other therapeutic interventions, encourage them to thrive in life in pursuit of their highest good.

I work with men, women, and children individually, as well as with couples and families. I have extensive training and experience working with trauma, including the effects of PTSD, alcoholism and addiction, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and self-esteem issues.

My fees are very affordable, and I offer a sliding scale for clients who qualify.
