Have you lived through a traumatic event in the past? Do reminders of a distressing life event cause worry, nervousness, crying, or depression? Are you having nightmares, irritability, or difficulty connecting with others? Often traumatic life events such as abuse, war, violence and accidents leave a permanent mark on us and continue to affect our lives and relationships.

My experience working with combat veterans and abuse victims has given me the skills to help people dealing with complex circumstances. My approach is non-judgmental and open. I provide a safe and welcoming environment.

I also offer walk and talk therapy. This is therapy that takes place outdoors while walking at a mild pace. Walk and talk therapy can be especially beneficial for those who have anxiety or for those who don't have much time and want to multitask. Infants in strollers and dogs on a leash are welcome to join us on our walk.
