My style is best described as forthright, grounded, honest and open. Therapy with me is often challenging, frequently lighthearted, and always, always supportive.

I specialize in serving individual adults and couples/partners in relationship counseling.

One thing my clients will say is that I'm a stickler for truth telling. I do my best to help my clients become more comfortable with recognizing, and speaking the truth, with candor and compassion.
