I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I began my career 15 years ago working as a school psychologist in California and New York School States.
My approach to therapy is to nurture a safe and trusting environment where you will feel comfortable discussing the challenges and issues you are facing. I use and integrative and collaborative approach which builds a secure atmosphere where you will be able to share, learn and grow.
Many of us react to stress in ways that were useful in the past. As we grow we find that these coping strategies are not as useful or productive today in our lives. I work with people who are experiencing these difficulties as well as issues in their relationships, work, and everyday life. Together we will define a plan that will include goals that we will both work toward achieving.
