Into the traditional "talk therapy" model, I incorporate body-centered work to help you achieve deeper, experiential change that is lasting and fully integrated into your sense of self.

I specialize in the treatment of problems that stem from relational trauma and event trauma. For the past 15 years, I have worked extensively with eating disorders, relational conflict and dissatisfaction, mood and anxiety disorders, later-stage addiction recovery, self-injury, poor self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and identity issues.
