With more than 25 years of experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist I have the skills to help you make that happen. Many times a marriage doesn't require a complete overhaul. The partners benefit from learning what tools to use to get their relationship on a more positive path.

If you're having difficulty parenting, deciding how to teach the values and behaviors you want to impart to your children and knowing how to discipline appropriately I can teach you the skills you need to see results fast.

I also work with people with anxiety and panic disorder whose range of experience has shrunk as a result of their fear and apprehension. Through gently probing and challenging my client as well as teaching relaxation and visualization exercises my clients have been able to expand their world and enjoy their lives again.
