Hello! Have you noticed that your child or teen has been isolating themselves, crying more, irritable, angry, or worried much of the time? Almost everyone struggles with anxiety or depression at some time in their life. This includes children and adolescents. The difference is, they might not know how to manage their feelings and act out at school and at home. Kids and teens who have experienced a traumatic experience may become shy around others, act out, have nightmares, worry about safety, and struggle at school. I specialize in child and adolescent therapy and make sure to include the goals of the child, family, and incorporate the school as well.

I also work with adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression. These feelings also one's relationships. Sometimes feelings of anxiety, sadness, and apathy also occur during transitional periods in life. By working together in therapy, we can examine these issues and help establish a plan to achieve your goals.

Finally, I also conduct testing for the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, learning disorders, mood and personality concerns, and thought disorders.
