“Research shows that the quality of the relationship between a therapist and client is a better predictor of outcome than theoretical orientation or techniques employed. I always encourage individuals to evaluate prospective therapists and determine compatibility. Because I value this so strongly, I provide a free, in-person, 30-minute interview for any new client who wants to meet me and ask questions about how I work. Sessions (and interviews) take place in the beautiful studio/office in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. Evening sessions are also available.
